THE PROBLEM - Fragmented brand and user experience across the 11 international Vogue websites. No shared design language or tech stack so the same features was being built 11 times and to a different design and user pattern.

CREATIVE DIRECTION - Brand development of new, unified and multi-platform design languages for our 11 international Vogues and GQs.

CONTENT DISCOVERY - Support more consistent programming for advertisers. Create flexible templates. Amplify brand moments that both users and advertisers expect. Put the users at the centre of the experience whilst delivering advertising metrics.

DESIGN SYSTEMS - Conception and creation of a super lean design system to articulate the brand identities and patterns for scale and re-use across multiple brands. Build once use across brands and markets.

NOW - All Vogues have a unified brand identity from Italy to India. They use common components served by a single design system, and can flex where necessary to bring the balance of global and local “glocal” to the user.
